In a city with only 84 sunny days a year, this project was conceived as an oasis of warmth and light. The interior is filled with soft, sun-like lighting, while natural materials and lush greenery create a resort-like atmosphere.
The space is divided into zones inspired by the Adjara coastline — from open-air market vibes to a sea breeze ambiance. An open kitchen and the aroma of grilled meat deepen the sense of immersion. This is more than a restaurant — it’s a daily escape into summer.
